Chef Ramsay visits Spanish Pavillion in Harrison, NJ, a family-run business established in 1976 whose owners, brothers Michael and Jerry, have allowed their differences to compromise the quality of the restaurant. With a head chef consistently absent from the kitchen and an unhappy staff, Chef Ramsay is determined to transform the outdated ambiance and menu in order to keep the family business afloat.

The Classic American restaurant is out of food, out of cups, out of menus, and nearly out-of-business with almost a million in debt. Can Ramsay help the two well-meaning servers turned owners?
3. PJ's Steakhouse
PJ's Steakhouse is dying from a lack of control from management to food quality, with one slightly rude owner and her husband, the co-owner, sitting at the bar drinking the business day away.

Chef Ramsay visits restaurant owners of Mojito, The Junction (aka Flamangos), and Bazzini he helped in the past to check on their progress.
5. Grasshopper Also
Grasshopper Also is a blimey arseways failure best renamed Boghopper. Can Gordon makes sure Irish eyes will be smiling upon a family business dying young?
6. Davide
Traveling to Boston's North End, Chef Ramsay spends a week at Davide, an Italian eatery mismanaged by feuding brothers.
7. Downcity
Chef Ramsay travels to Providence, Rhode Island to visit DownCity, a downtrodden eatery held back by a stubborn, short-tempered owner.
8. Revisited #2
Chef Ramsay returns to Lido di Manhattan, Anna Vincenzo's, and Le Bistro to see if the owners have implemented his changes.
9. Café Tavolini
While in Bridgeport, Connecticut, Chef Ramsay pays Cafe Tavolini a visit. Two lackadaisical owners watch as their eatery goes south.
10. Kingston Cafe
Chef Ramsay makes a trip to Pasadena, California to whip an eatery specializing in Caribbean cuisine into shape.
11. La Frite
Chef Ramsay visits La Frite in Sherman Oaks, CA. Find out if his efforts to turn the restaurant around will be enough to keep the its doors open.
12. Capri
While visiting the Eagle Rock area of Los Angeles, Chef Ramsay stops by Capri. The Italian restaurant is filthy, serves terrible food, and is in disarray all thanks to a lazy set of twins.
13. Zeke's
Chef Ramsay heads to New Orleans, LA, to help transform Zeke's Restaurant. Will he be able to breathe new life and add some spice into this Southern eatery?
14. Oceana
In the season finale, Chef Ramsay returns once more to the Big Easy. There, he visits Oceana, where he finds food so bad that he temporarily shuts down the restaurant. With an executive chef and one of the two owners in complete denial and unwilling to take responsibility, he's not even sure if Oceana is worth saving.
